Production Process

Our production of car mats is automated. Upon receiving the order, it is automatically processed to our production at the same moment. The cutting file is prepared by computer, and the cutting of the carpet is done with an automatic CNC machine, which takes a few minutes. After that, they are trimmed, the emblem is sewn, the fixing clips are installed, and they are sent for final inspection.
